GEORGE TOWN: Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has suggested to the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas that the Penang state assembly be dissolved on Friday.
This has fuelled talk that the four states administered by Pakatan Rakyat may only be dissolved simultaneously on Friday.
