LAHAD DATU: Policemen who are on duty here were greeted by a pleasant surprise – soldiers, bearing cakes and strumming a guitar, trooped in with a song to celebrate Police Day.
Taking time off from their battle with Sulu terrorists, about 20 soldiers led by Army Chief Jen Tan Sri Zulkifli Zainal Abidin sang Selamat Hari Polis, bringing cheer to an otherwise solemn ceremony at the Felda Sahabat’s Ops Daulat operations centre, about 135km from here, yesterday.
