MALACCA: The intrusion of the Sulu gunmen into Sabah will not be a stumbling block for the Election Commission if the general election is called even before the term of the Dewan Rakyat and the state legislative assemblies automatically lapse.
“It will not affect the elections process,” said EC chairman Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof.
