KLUANG: Datuk Chua Tee Yong has questioned a point in Pakatan Rakyat's manifesto to replace one million foreign workers with local graduates within five years of the Opposition's rule.
The MCA Young Professional bureau chief said the policy would cause the nation's unemployability rate to go up.
