SEPARATED at birth, a pair of twin sisters reunited 25 years later, thanks to a social networking site, China Press reported.
Since they were born in Kuala Lumpur Hospital on May 10, 1988, Grace Loo and Eliza Chang were given to separate families. Their biological parents could not take care of the twins due to financial constraints.
