SEPANG: Starting out as a slogan to encourage the people of Selangor to love their state, Sayangi Selangor is now a movement to put the slogan into practice and support Barisan Nasional in its quest to win back the state.
Spearheading the movement is Selangor Barisan coordinator and Sepang MP Datuk Seri Mohd Zin Mohamed and former DAP vice-chairman Tunku Abdul Aziz Tunku Ibrahim, who severed ties with the party last year after speaking out against the Bersih rally, which he said encouraged Malaysians to “break the law”.
