“A customer who has a bad experience over a product will not buy from us again. So there is no interest for us, whether it's mid-term or long-term, to actually have poor quality products. We have very careful measures in place to avoid mistakes that other players are doing, but obviously, as with any company, mistakes can happen,” he says.
