PETALING JAYA: Election Commission deputy chairman Datuk Wan Ahmad Wan Omar has demanded an apology from PAS deputy president Mohamad Sabu for defamatory comments against him published in a recent Harakah report.
Wan Ahmad said a report in the PAS party organ's Feb 1-3 edition had mistakenly identified him as the EC officer named in the Sabah Royal Commission of Inquiry who allegedly ordered Indonesian and Filipino immigrants to be registered as voters.
