PETALING JAYA: Criminologists believe that the suspected suicides of a mother and three children points to their inability to reach out for emotional support in their time of grief due to a prolonged lack of interaction with society.
Universiti Sains Malaysia criminologist Assoc Prof Dr P. Sundramoorthy said the family's low attachment to society was reinforced with the loss of a prominent family figure.
