KUALA LUMPUR: An engineer failed in her defamation claim against her ex-lover when the Sessions Court ruled that he had only insulted her.
Nur Shairah Ishak, 28, an Australian permanent resident, also failed in her bid to recover RM99,214 which she claimed to be personal debts from navy officer Lt Efftizal Hazrie Roslan, also 28.
