PETALING JAYA: After 45 days of mental and physical preparation, devotee Dorairaj Nadason finally carried the kavadi on a 4km walk of faith under the hot Penang sun.
The atmosphere was electric as Dorairaj, a deputy executive editor at The Star, began the four-hour long walk to the Arulmigu Bala-thandayuthapani Hilltop Temple in Jalan Kebun Bunga at around 10am.
