LABIS: The rules of the Retail Shop Transfor-mation Programme (Tukar) will be relaxed to allow more non-Malay sundry shop operators to join the plan, MCA Young Professionals bureau chief Datuk Chua Tee Yong said.
He said 1,087 sundry shop operators nationwide are currently participating in the Tukar programme since its launch two years ago.
