KOTA BARU: Barisan Nasional pledges to carry out seven projects should it win Kelantan in the coming general election as part of its state's manifesto.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said the projects would further enhance the state and the people's potentials.
The projects include the construction of the Kuala Krai-Kota Baru highway, a new stadium and resolving the water problems.
Najib, who is Barisan chairman, said Barisan would also build 3,000 units of houses, set up a UiTM campus here, start a Rapid Kota Baru bus service and build the biggest mosque in the state costing around RM50mil.
"This is only part of our manifesto. It is not yet complete. There will be other things to be announced later. This is Barisan's promise," he said at the Janji Ditepati programme during his day-long visit to the state on Sunday.
