KUALA LUMPUR: The Election Commission (EC) will upload the application form to vote through post at its website soon, its deputy chairman Datuk Wan Ahmad Wan Omar said on Saturday.
Despite demands from some quarters for the EC to abolish postal voting and replace it with early voting, he said the commission found postal voting still relevant and required for certain voters.
