GEORGE TOWN: Even though the Kedah Government has lifted the ban on adult women singers and performers, entertainment groups are still irked by the ban on pop songs and live bands.
Bukit Mertajam-based Grand Star Music Entertainment manager Teh Eng Chai said they often received invitations to perform in Kedah towns, and the new ruling would affect the industry.
