Syabas: Water disruption 95 percent restored after bypass works


KUALA LUMPUR: The water supply disruption around Kuala Lumpur is now 95 percent restored, earlier than initially scheduled, following bypass works by Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor (Syabas).

Syabas Technical Development executive director V. Subramaniam said the areas still without water were Taman Shamelin and Bandar Sri Permaisuri, as well as hilltop areas. These would resume the latest by tomorrow morning.
