KUALA LUMPUR: The PKR MP for Kapar, S. Manikavasagam, has been slapped with a show-cause letter by his party for his outburst against Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim and state executive councillor Dr Xavier Jayakumar last month.
Manikavasagam said he would reply to the letter by next week.
