IPOH: A Royal Malaysia Navy supplies officer was acquitted of two charges for alleged graft at the Sessions Court here Tuesday.
Lawyer Lt Kdr (R) Norhasham Hasan said Lt Kdr Ahmad Shukry Othman was released after the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission's DPP A Hafizh Abu Bakar failed to prove to the court that Shukry Othman was involved in committing the act.
