SITIAWAN: Transport Minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha slammed an Opposition state assemblyman who publicly refused to pay traffic summonses issued under the Automated Enforcement System (AES).
He said the assemblyman, who had disregarded the law, had set a bad example for road users.
