PETALING JAYA: The Public Complaints Bureau (PCB) has successfully resolved 90.4% of the 10,271 complaints it had received this year.
PCB Johor director Marshall S.J Rajaiah, in revealing this, said it was accomplished through cooperation from various departments in resolving public complaints.
