SELAYANG: The Batu Caves temple committee is giving the state government one month to scrap the proposed development of a 29-storey condominium in the heritage area, failing which it will take legal action.
Temple committee chairman Datuk R. Nadarajah said he will discuss the matter with lawyers and the Attorney-General's Chambers before taking further action.
