GEORGE TOWN: The state Barisan Nasional Youth has called on the Penang Government to follow “normal procedures” in the sale of the Taman Manggis land instead of demanding full payment of over RM22.4mil in 30 days.
Its chief Oh Tong Keong said there should be an agreement between the buyer and seller before any transaction was made.
