KUALA LUMPUR: Penang will not enforce the Automated Enforcement System until it is satisfied that its implementation will bring benefits.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said further studies would first be conducted to address concerns that the system would burden the people and allegedly benefit the cronies.
