Rosmah: Education vital to nation-building

MANILA: Education is fundamental to nation-building as it provides individuals with building blocks for personal social mobility that ultimately will shape the nation's economic growth and social cohesion, the Prime Minister's wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor said.

Speaking at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), she said the bridge of understanding came from education that liberated the mind and envisaged a different kind of hope and belief for oneself and for others in the world.
