KUALA LUMPUR: Government efforts to improve the quality of the public service through effective delivery to the public has received poor response from the people.
The Chairman of the Special Commission To Study Transformation of the Public Service (SKMTPA), Tun Zaki Tun Azmi said since the commission was set up in June, it only received 1,200 e-mails with 95 percent comprising civil servants lodging complaints mainly on the salary and allowances.
