BUTTERWORTH: A co-organiser of a bridal fair which saw 13 Taiwanese being detained for not having proper work permits has apologised for the mess.
Danny Lim Weddings Event and Designs concept planner Danny Lim Song Huat said he acknowledged responsibility over the incident and hoped the affected Taiwanese would accept his apology.
