GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Government is being unreasonable for asking for the full payment for the Taman Manggis land, for which Barisan Nasional has paid RM224,073 as a deposit, state Barisan Youth said.
State Youth chief Oh Tong Keong said it was “against normal procedures” to ask for the the full amount of over RM22.18mil for the deal to go through.
