> It has been pointed out to us that the official quoted from a Tamil newspaper, titled “Make full use of opportunities” in Other News and Views yesterday was Pemandu director Ravindran Devagunam in charge of NKRA (Corruption) and NKEA (Wholesale and Retail) and not Ravin Ponniah as reported.
Other News & Views is compiled from the vernacular newspapers (Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and Tamil dailies). As such, stories are grouped according to the respective language/medium. Where a paragraph begins with a > sign, it denotes a separate news item.
