Ex-PKR woman wins suit against Harakah


GEORGE TOWN: Former Penang PKR Wanita chief Aminah Abdullah has won RM90,000 in a defamation suit against three PKR leaders over an article carried by PAS newsletter Harakah Daily.

A High Court here ordered current Penang PKR Wanita chief Norhayati Jaafar, Bukit Mertajam PKR division deputy chairman Jab Samat and Jelutong PKR division secretary Anuar Kamarudin to pay Aminah RM30,000 each in general damages over their statements quoted in the article.
