DPM: Training for incompetent teachers, officers in line with blueprint

KUALA LUMPUR: Incompetent teachers and education officers will be send for training based on different modules according to their own competency level, said Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

Muhyiddin, who is Education Minister, told the Dewan Rakyat that the ministry would give extra emphasis on improving teaching professionalism, learning skills, knowledge and quality teaching in line with the Malaysian Education Blueprint 2012-2025.
