KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia is a wonderful playground for a chef, says South Korean celebrity chef Edward Kwon.

“Malaysians appreciate good food and are open to try new things, so it is especially exciting to create new dishes for them to enjoy,” said Kwon, who has been busy with preparations to host two gala dinners for 400 guests tomorrow and on Saturday at Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur.
