SHAH ALAM: A 19-year-old youth, who said he had a pregnant wife and three children, was charged at a Sessions Court here Thursday for robbing a Nepali of his RM4, handphone and passport.
R. Mathialagan, who works at a car wash, pleaded not guilty to the charge before Judge Slamat Yahya Thursday. Together with another man still at large, the accused allegedly robbed Sher Bahadur of his belongings worth a total of RM400 at Jalan Dato' M. Sellathevan in Seksyen 36 at 7.25am on Aug 28.
