KUALA LUMPUR: Many mobility-challenged kidney patients have to rely on public transport to get to several Malaysia Assurance Alliance-Medicare dialysis centres for their treatment.
Realising the difficulty involved, SP Setia Foundation on Monday handed over a RM80,000 multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) to MAA-Medicare Kidney Charity Fund to assist the latter in providing a pick-up service for patients in the Klang Valley.
