MUAR: A fisherman was jailed 20 years and ordered to be given 12 strokes of the cane after he pleaded guilty to raping and sodomising his retarded daughter.
The 53-year-old pleaded guilty to the charges before Sessions judge Mohd Fauzi Mohd Nasir on Friday.
