PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has allowed a stay of the trial in the case of cosmetics millionaire Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya and three others who are believed to have been murdered two years ago.
The stay will allow the defence time to appeal against the Shah Alam High Court’s decision disallowing their application to call three DPPs as witnesses in their bid to expunge two exhibits in the case.
