PUTRAJAYA: Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin received a courtesy call from Afghanistan Higher Education Minister Prof Dr Obaidullah Obaid (pic) at his office Thursday.
During the meeting, Muhyiddin, who is also Education Minister, and Obaidullah discussed Malaysia's experience in formulating and implementing higher education policies.
