PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) has signed a mutual recognition agreement with the Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan (Heeact).
“MQA will recognise all institutions which are approved by Heeact and vice versa,” said Deputy Higher Education Minister Datuk Dr Hou Kok Chung yesterday.
