KUALA LUMPUR: The Public Complaints Bureau (PCB) received more than 6,700 complaints in the first six months of this year, most of which were against government agencies in the Federal Territory.
PCB director-general Datuk Dr Tam Weng Wah said 82.9% or more than 5,600 complaints had been resolved.
