Khalid: MBI recovered RM300mil from Talam


SHAH ALAM: The Mentri Besar Incorporated (MBI) received more than RM300mil from the monies owed by Talam Corporation, Men­tri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim, who disclosed this at the Selangor State Assembly yesterday, said Talam still had an outstanding amount of over RM80mil to settle with MBI.

“I was told that MBI recovered RM302,711,391 in cash that it (Talam) owed the state. The mo­ney will grow as it will be invested,” he told Mohd Sham­sudin Lias (BN-Sungai Burong) who wanted to know the exact amount the state government had collected from Talam.
