KUALA LUMPUR: The trial judge has erred in acquitting Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on sodomy charge as “sperm extract” taken from Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan containing “Male Y” matched samples taken from a lock-up occupied by the Opposition Leader.
This is among the nine grounds stated by the Public Prosecutor in the petition of appeal to set aside the PKR leader’s acquittal.
