MALACCA: Martial arts exponents should form a vigilante body to help the police combat street crime, especially snatch thefts, said Information, Communication and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim.
He said he had made the suggestion to the Warrior Council of Malaysia (Pendekar) for a voluntary group for crime-prone areas in the country.
