IPOH: A 62-year-old man, in an apparent cranky mood because his neighbour was allegedly making too much noise, slashed the other senior citizen with a parang to keep him quiet.
The victim, 73-year-old Wong Cheong Heng, died at his home in Taman Changkat in Kampar from slash wounds to his head and waist.
