SHAH ALAM: The subpoenas issued against three DPPs in cosmetics millionaire Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya’s murder trial to appear as witnesses in the defence’s bid to expunge two exhibits in the case were meant to “embarrass” the prosecution team, the High Court heard.
DPP Nor Azimul Azami Mohamad submitted that these were offensive and an abuse of court process.
