SHAH ALAM: A Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officer has been sentenced to 13 years in jail and fined a staggering RM2.28mil after being found guilty of three counts of graft.
Assistant enforcement officer M. Mohan, 39, was convicted of soliciting RM250,000 from businessman A. Sinnaiah, 48, as an inducement to discontinue an investigation against him.
