PUTRAJAYA: Those with SPM qualification are encouraged to vie for a job with the 1.4 million-strong civil service despite the Public Service Commission allowing degree holders to apply for its positions.
PSC chairman Tan Sri Mahmood Adam said SPM holders should take it as a challenge and give degree holders a “run for their money”.
