SHAH ALAM: The defence in the murder trial of cosmetics millionaire Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya has subpoenaed three DPPs to appear as witnesses in its bid to expunge two exhibits in the case.
Defence lawyer Gurbachan Singh made the application to expunge two notes of proceedings from the list of exhibits on grounds that they were not relevant to the main trial because the documents only pertained to the credibility of prosecution witnesses K. Sarawanan, 21, and U. Suresh, 28.
