KUALA LUMPUR: An Egyptian man has been detained to help police investigate the RM1.17mil heist from four automated teller machines (ATM) at Carrefour hypermarket in Wangsa Maju on Sunday.
Kuala Lumpur deputy CID chief ACP Khairi Ahrasa said the Egyptian, 31, was detained at 10am Monday at his workplace in one of the shops in the hypermarket.
