State assemblyman and assistant lodge reports over CBT


PETALING JAYA: Kampung Tunku DAP state assemblyman Lau Weng San and his assistant Dariff Din have lodged police reports against each other over alleged criminal breach of trust (CBT).

Lau, who is also Selangor DAP secretary, had lodged a report that two of his staff – Dariff, 50, who is his assistant and a 45-year-old volunteer – had failed to deposit RM5,000 into his account at 6.30pm on Wednesday.
