SINGAPORE: Asean Ministers Responsible for Culture and Arts (AMCA) have outlined priorities to further enhance the grouping’s cooperation in the areas of culture and arts over the next two years.
AMCA and AMCA Plus Three (AMCA+3) held their fifth meeting here and the ministers also convened the first AMCA Plus China (AMCA+China) meeting.
