KUALA LUMPUR: The Government has filed a suit against Bersih co-chairman S. Ambiga and nine others for RM122,000 over alleged damages sustained during the Bersih 3.0 rally on April 28.
The suit claimed that the Bersih 3.0 organisers had failed to control the crowd effectively and failed to take necessary steps to ensure the rally ran peacefully.
